Thank you for your interest in the promoted online available positions and we assure you that we pay great importance to protecting the data of applicants, employees, professionals and contract partners.
Why we need to collect data?
If you want to apply online, i.e. on https://www.bandainamcoent.ro/careers or by e-mail, to be part of our BNER team, you need to provide us with some information about you. We assure you that we will treat your data with the utmost privacy. The data you enter here will be processed, redirected to the BNE Group and used only for the selection of candidates.
How do we use the information you send us?
If you apply to become part of the BNER team, we will collect, use and store personal data provided in relation with the recruitment and employment process for legitimate purposes and as a pre-contractual stage. For example, we will check if you have the required qualifications to help and complete our team.
After submitting your application online, we will send you a confirmation email. When registering your application, you agree to be contacted and receive written and/or telephone information during the processing of your application. Please note that your data will be accessed by people responsible for recruiting new BNER company members, as well as people in the BNE Group departments in Bucharest or abroad related to the job you have been applying for.
The BNER may use personal data to check your previous experience throughout the application and employment process.
BNER promotes and guarantees equality of rights, therefore we are looking for the best partners irrespective of race, ethnic origin, sex, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation. We do not process sensitive information, such as political or religious beliefs, race, and criminal records, unless this is absolutely necessary and legally binding. Please do not send us sensitive, confidential or business information of your current or previous employers.
Personal data is stored on secure servers within the EU and can be retained throughout the employment contract, as well as for some time after its termination, according to the legislation. We do not have the right to retain your personal data except for the time it is required for the purpose we initially requested or if you have given us permission to keep it (e.g. for future vacancies).
How can you exercise your rights?
Rectification and erasure
You can edit, correct, transfer and delete your application at any time by contacting the responsible person in our company via email at firstname.lastname@example.org; we will be happy to assist you and respond to your request.
If you want your personal data to be erased, we will comply with each situation in accordance with our internal regulations and the applicable legal requirements. Please note that there are cases in which we may be unable to delete them because the law prohibits us or we have to keep them for record keeping or archiving purposes.
Personal data is deleted in up to 3 years after the completion of the application processing. If a contract is concluded following your application, your data is saved and used in accordance with our legal obligations and for standard administration and organization purposes, according to the relevant data protection guidelines and in compliance with the hiring process. Of course, you can withdraw your candidacy or ask, at any time, that your personal data be erased.
Personal data security is very important to us. We have implemented physical, electronic and administrative procedures and periodically update them to safeguard the information we collect. Access to your personal data is only granted to employees who are required to carry out duties that subject to privacy requirements.
