Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to undertake a variety of HR and administrative duties. To be an ideal candidate for this position you should have a good understanding of labor laws, excellent organization ability and communication skills. For this position you should hold have experience in personnel administration

Role overview:

  • organize and maintain personnel records
  • communicate employment contracts at the Territorial Labor Institute
  • ensure legal compliance of all employment contracts and other employee documents kept
  • prepare all documents for employees
  • update databases internally, HR data and analytics
  • review and renew company policies and legal compliance
  • being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
  • assist with payroll by providing the relevant employee information
  • verify financial reports and manage accounting documents, ensure legal compliance
  • manage and prepare online payments
  • offer support for all internal and external audits
  • communicate with external partners, vendors, suppliers; manage and prepare contracts, offers, orders, various reports
  • coordinate all company activities and events such as team-buildings, conference participation, other
  • manage inventory of office supplies, office furniture and other equipment if needed
  • help with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses

Our dream candidate has:

  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important activities
  • ability to maintain confidential information
  • meticulous, result driven and initiative-taking person
  • very strong communication skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • experience with HR software, like Revisal
  • fluent in written and spoken Romanian & English is necessary
